Welcome to Ory. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of orywear.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. Ory is operated by Ory LLC (“Ory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Products
We do our best to show our products, colors, and measurements accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and because many of our pieces are made in small batches, measurements may vary slightly. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time without notice.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and promotions may change at any time. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform and payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.
3. Promo Codes, Gift Cards & Store Credit
- Promo codes are valid for a limited time and can’t be combined with other offers unless stated.
- Promo codes, gift cards, and store credit have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift cards and store credit can be used on any product on the Site and [do not expire].
- If you return an item bought with a promo code, store credit will be issued for the amount you actually paid.
- Ory may cancel any promo code that is misused, shared publicly without permission, or used fraudulently.
4. Orders
After you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. That email confirms we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock issue, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, including orders that use the same account, payment card, or billing or shipping address. We may also cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers.
Limited drops and pre-orders: Some Ory pieces are released in limited quantities or as pre-orders. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page. We’ll email you if anything changes.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to [the United States / list of countries]. Orders are usually processed within [X] business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Ownership of your order, and the risk of loss, passes to you once we hand your package to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at natasha@orywear.com and we’ll help sort it out with the carrier.
International orders may be charged customs duties, taxes, or fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We don’t offer cash refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Size exchanges are free. Store credit returns have a [$X] return shipping fee deducted from the credit. Final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned by Ory LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. This includes our name, logo, designs, product photos, graphics, and text. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any of it without our written permission.
8. User Content
If you share photos of yourself wearing Ory, tag us on social media, or use #WearingOry, you give Ory permission to repost, feature, and share that content on our website and social channels, with credit to you where possible. If you’d like a photo removed, email us and we’ll take it down.
By sharing content with us, you confirm it’s your own, that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn’t include anyone else’s private information without their permission. We may edit content for length or clarity.
Reviews and comments must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated to our products.
9. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Interfere with the Site’s security or how it works
- Use bots or automated tools to buy products, especially during limited drops
- Buy products in bulk for resale without our written permission
We may cancel orders or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
10. Privacy

11. Third-Party Links
The Site may include links to other websites or services, such as our social media pages or shipping carriers. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using them is at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Ory LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Events Outside Our Control
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, carrier or supplier issues, outages, strikes, or public health emergencies.
14. Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold harmless Ory LLC and its owners, team, and partners from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your breaking these Terms, misusing the Site, or violating any law or the rights of another person.
15. Resolving Issues
If something goes wrong, we want to make it right. Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at natasha@orywear.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply. If we don’t enforce part of these Terms right away, that doesn’t mean we’ve given up the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Returns & Exchanges page and Privacy Policy, make up the full agreement between you and Ory.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
