Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: 3–5 business days after shipping within the continental US.
- Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: Delivery may take longer.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
- Rates for orders under $150, and any express options, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at natasha@orywear.com and we’ll help sort it out with the carrier. Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery; see our Return & Exchange Policy.
